- Development of marketing communications strategy, establishing the marketing objectives and the analysis of property management’s results
- Development and elaboration of creative concepts based on the agreed marketing strategy
- Preparation and review of the market budget
- Overseeing the production of the marketing materials ensuring the delivered materials match their original intention
- Definition of sales strategy for the real estate asset
- Design the structure of the sales team, recruitment and training for in-house sales team
- Selection and negotiation with 3rd parties as needed
- Determine the need and create special financing tools for buyers together with the client and with the bank
- Supervising and managing (as applicable) of sales team and process, follow up and monitoring sales activity
- Manage /supervise negotiation process
- Monitoring of timing and value of sales against the approved business plan
- Client liaison
- Management of delivery, hand-over and after-sales services for the real estate asset
