An asset management services based on a true Partnership with the costomer and rewarded on risk management & performance. Tagor will act as the owner's delegated on the ground and will supervise all aspects of the Property and portfolio, included, but not limited to the following:

- Asset management strategies (operations)
- Asset divestment strategies (packaging and exit)
- Develop strategies to maximize utilization of the site in order to shorten loan repayment horizon
