Development Management

  • Management of the detailed design process of a certain real estate project, including leadership of the design team
  • Monitoring and review of the approved master plan and adopted project strategy
  • Promote the scheme through the local planning authorities, to secure consents and planning agreements which retain a high level of flexibility in the schemes
  • Oversee with the project manager appointment and performance of the design teams and the general contractor
  • Commercial analysis and financial management of the real estate asset project during the construction phase, including financial appraisals and business accounting
  • Supervising and coordinating all constructions activities and third parties
  • Setting up follow up control systems, benchmarking and other management supervision tools
  • Management and control of real estate’s project close-out issues including the defects liability period
